Welcome to Welle Within. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Welle Within services, website, content, events, and community spaces. By participating in any Welle Within offering, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to: wellewithin.com, The Living Field Telegram Group, Koalendar scheduling and bookings, Flodesk emails and communications, Substack content and newsletters, all virtual and in-person offerings, sessions, workshops, circles, ceremonies, memberships, retreats, events, digital products, and related experiences.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of Welle Within services.

1. Definitions & Services

"Company," "Welle Within," "we," "our," or "us" refers to ERICA JONES CO LLC DBA Welle Within.

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Minors may participate only with parent or legal guardian consent where appropriate.

By participating, you confirm that:

you are voluntarily participating; the information you provide is accurate; you accept responsibility for your participation and decisions.

Welle Within reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services when participation becomes unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with community wellbeing.

3. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

Welle Within provides Services for educational, wellbeing, spiritual, personal growth, and reflective purposes only. Services are designed to support self-awareness, nervous system support, embodiment, personal growth, spiritual exploration, and healing-oriented reflection.

Welle Within does not provide:

medical care; psychotherapy or counseling; psychiatric treatment; crisis intervention; diagnosis; healthcare services.

Nothing offered through Welle Within should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any spiritual, intuitive, energetic, or shamanic-informed guidance is offered as reflective and educational in nature for personal growth activities and should not be interpreted as guaranteed truth, diagnosis, or certainty.

Participation does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or licensed healthcare relationship.

If you are experiencing medical concerns, psychiatric symptoms, severe trauma responses, emotional instability, addiction crises, or unsafe conditions, please seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.

4. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Participation in Services may involve emotional, physical, energetic, or psychological experiences. You understand participation may include discomfort, emotional release, nervous system activation, personal insight, fatigue, vulnerability, or other unexpected responses.

You agree to: participate at your own pace; honor your limits; take full responsibility for your wellbeing; seek additional support when appropriate; discontinue participation if needed.

You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and choices. Results are not guaranteed and individual experiences vary.

5. Community Participation (The Living Field)

The Living Field is intended to support reflection, connection, shared learning, and respectful community. It is not therapy, crisis care, medical treatment, or emergency support.

Participants agree to: engage respectfully; maintain healthy boundaries; avoid harassment, manipulation, discrimination, or harmful behavior; refrain from diagnosing, fixing, or pressuring others; respect confidentiality.

Please understand that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group spaces or third-party platforms such as Telegram. Participants are responsible for what they choose to share and for using personal discernment around advice or experiences shared by others.

Welle Within reserves the right to remove participants from community spaces or Services if behavior becomes unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with community integrity. Removal may occur without refund.

6. Payment, Bookings & Memberships

Payment is generally required in advance. By booking or purchasing Services, you agree to all applicable fees. Appointments and event spaces are reserved specifically for participants and may limit availability for others.

Memberships: Memberships may be canceled with at least three (3) days' notice before the next billing cycle. Access remains available through the paid billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

Welle Within reserves the right to modify offerings, pricing, schedules, or membership features at any time.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Refund Policy

Welle Within seeks to balance compassion with respect for preparation, practitioner time, and reserved space.

Private Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are nonrefundable. In cases of illness, emergencies, caregiving needs, severe weather, travel disruption, or unforeseen circumstances, one-time rescheduling may be offered at Welle Within's discretion. No refunds are provided for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Events, Workshops & Experiences: With at least three (3) days' notice, participants may receive rescheduling, transfer to another offering, or account credit where appropriate. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or force majeure situations at Welle Within's discretion.

Digital Products & Programs: All digital purchases are final sale and nonrefundable.

8. If Welle Within Cancels

If Welle Within cancels or reschedules a Service, participants may be offered: rescheduling, transfer to another offering, account credit, or a refund at the Company's discretion.

Welle Within is not responsible for travel costs, lodging, childcare, missed work, or related expenses.

9. Recordings, Photos & Testimonials

Some group Services may be recorded for internal replay access only. By participating, you understand recordings may occur. You may choose to keep video off or communicate concerns in advance. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share recordings.

By voluntarily providing testimonials, photos, feedback, or shared experiences, you grant permission for Welle Within to use them for educational or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise. We seek to honor consent and privacy whenever reasonably possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All Welle Within content, materials, teachings, recordings, frameworks, writings, practices, and resources remain the intellectual property of ERICA JONES CO LLC DBA Welle Within. Materials are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, teach, sell, or share Welle Within content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERICA JONES CO LLC DBA Welle Within shall not be liable for damages, losses, injuries, emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or outcomes arising from participation in Services. Participation is voluntary. You assume responsibility for your decisions, interpretations, participation, and wellbeing.

Welle Within is also not responsible for disruptions related to third-party platforms, including Telegram, Koalendar, Flodesk, Substack, payment processors, or technology interruptions. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service involved.

12. Force Majeure

Welle Within is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including illness, severe weather, travel disruption, technology failures, venue issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Under such circumstances, Services may be rescheduled, modified, moved online, postponed, or credited. Refunds are not guaranteed.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Before legal action is pursued, participants agree to attempt good-faith resolution and mediation in Michigan. Both parties agree to seek respectful resolution whenever possible.

14. Changes to Terms

Welle Within may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
